Availability can be checked through this site’s ‘Home’ page calendar.
Bookings can then be requested by filling in the booking request form below.
In either case confirmation of your booking will be by a return email which will include the Conditions of Hire.
Invoices are monthly in arrears but can be produced earlier on request. If you wish to discuss potential bookings please email oavhall@gmail.com or call 07464 946372
Main Hall
- Weekday standard rate £17 per hour, regular or resident booking rate £10.50 per hour
- Weekend standard rate £15 per hour, regular or resident booking rate £10.00 per hour
Bernard Clark room
- Weekday standard rate £13.50 per hour, regular or resident booking rate £8.50 per hour
- Weekend standard rate £12.50 per hour, regular or resident booking rate £8.00 per hour
Tables and chairs, the kitchen and contents are included in the above booking rates.
